ABC Dental Surgery
We were recommended to ABC Dental by a current customer we have worked closely with for a number of years.
ABC Dental recently took over a new surgery and contacted us regarding a re-branding of their business as their marketing strategy was not up to date. They wanted to establish a direct and personal approach of communication between themselves, their existing clients and their new clients.
What Challenged Us
The challenge with ABC Dental was that they did not have any marketing materials such as a business card or email address. Due to a previous designer who had disappeared, they were left with a website that had not been updated in years and no access of logging in.
They only had a logo as a marketing material but it was unsuitable for the majority of social networks proving difficult for ABC Dental to come across as a professional practice. They also wanted their marketing to be a lot more cost effective and where ever possible to have some of the huge costs cut out.
As a whole ABC Dental had an inconsistent brand in which we had to marry everything together in order to have consistency running through the whole of the brand.
